The Trade Routes between the Realms

Every treasure crafted in the Thicket must find its true home, whether it travels on the wings of a messenger moth or through a web of digital enchantments. Physical treasures are packed with moss and care before being handed to the overland couriers of the Traveller Realm, while digital treasures are instantly brought to your landing perch. Read the document below to discover the costs, bounds, and times of our carrier paths.

 

PART I: DIGITAL PRODUCTS (DOWNLOADS & TEMPLATES)

(1) Delivery Area: We currently only ship digital products to addresses within the European Union (EU). Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the EU cannot be processed at this time and will be cancelled automatically. Travellers from outside the EU are kindly requested to visit MyyaTales' Etsy shop, where our digital treasures are made available internationally.

(2) Shipping Costs: There are no shipping fees or delivery charges for digital products.

(3) Delivery Method: Immediately after your payment is successfully processed, an automated email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. This email contains a secure download link or access credentials to your digital content.

(4) Processing Time: Digital deliveries are processed instantly, 24/7. If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder (Subject of the email: "Digital footprints of your treasure") or contact us at contact@myyatales.com.

 

PART II: PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (HANDMADE GOODS & UNIQUE PIECES)

(1) Delivery Area: We currently only ship physical products to addresses within the European Union (EU). Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the EU cannot be processed at this time and will be cancelled automatically.

(2) Order Processing Time: Since our finished unique items are handmade, orders are usually packed and handed over to the carrier within 7 days after confirmation of payment.

(3) Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping costs depend on the country of destination. The precise shipping fees will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Within Austria: Approx. 2–4 business days.
  • To other EU Countries: Approx. 4–10 business days.

(4) Tracking: Once your package has been handed over to the shipping provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link to follow your delivery.

 

PART III: WORKSHOPS & ON-SITE EVENTS

Delivery of Tickets: No physical tickets are dispatched for our workshops. Your order confirmation email serves as your digital ticket and proof of purchase. Please bring a digital or printed copy of your order confirmation to the venue on the day of the workshop.

 

PART IV: CUSTOM DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

Since MyyaTales currently operates and ships exclusively within the European Union (EU), customers shipping to an EU address will not incur any additional import duties, customs fees, or foreign taxes.

 

PART V: DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

Every package is packed with the utmost care. However, if your physical product arrives damaged or gets lost during transport, please contact us immediately at contact@myyatales.com with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and item so we can assist you right away.
